Position Summary
- Act as the strategic bridge between Leagueβs platform capabilities and healthcare partners' digital ambitions.
- Lead workshops and translate complex business requirements into elegant user journeys.
- Persuade executive stakeholders of the value of human-centric design.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, articulating design strategy and UX best practices.
- Translate the long-term vision into experiences aligned with Leagueβs platform capabilities and design system.
- Own the full design continuum from IA and user flows to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity artifacts.
- Ensure deliverables are grounded in product and user goals and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Partner with design research to plan and conduct research for user and market understanding and design evaluation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to navigate technical constraints and iterate solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of Leagueβs internal design systems and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for platform scalability and ensure consistent yet flexible design language.
- Compliance with Information Security Policies, including access management and incident reporting.
What You Bring
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Design, preferably in client-facing, agency, or professional services.
- Exceptional storytelling and persuasion skills to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for using design thinking to improve health and wellness.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare and its competitive landscape is a major plus.
Work Location
- Mix of office-centric roles based in Toronto and remote-eligible roles anywhere in Canada or US.
- Toronto-area employees collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday with flexible remote days each quarter.
