We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidateโs geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will :
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sophisticated AI-powered products.
- Spearhead user research initiatives to uncover deep insights that inform design strategies and product decisions.
- Define and implement design methodologies that integrate AI technologies, focusing on creating seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to align design visions and strategies across departments.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging design trends and technologies to keep our products innovative and competitive.
- Advocate for design excellence, inclusivity, and accessibility across all aspects of our product development process.
- Drive the creation of design frameworks and patterns that can be adopted across various projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.

About you
Youโll thrive as a Senior Product Designer if you have:
- An extensive portfolio showcasing expertise in designing real-world AI-powered products, with proven success in high-impact projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading complex projects independently and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into user-centered designs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovation in design processes and product development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and focus on key objectives and results.
- Genuinely energized by software products that enable creativity, ingenuity, and empowerment for professionals of all scales.
- Previous experience with software that empowers professional or technical users in their respective industries.
- Familiarity with the web design industry, web standards, and accessibility.
- A bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company.
- The ability to not sweat the details to ensure that the products that ship continuously exceed our customerโs expectations.
