Qualifications
- Experience managing and coaching designers in a product-led tech environment.
- Hands-on leadership across workshops, vision shaping, and product direction.
- High standards for design quality, detail, and usability.
- Comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces and guiding teams from exploration to execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence multiple disciplines.
- Passion for the company mission and pushing design forward.

- Salary range: 30,000 - 35,000 (converted approx., from 110,000 - 125,000) plus share options.
