Responsibilities
- Create and maintain design systems and layouts for all company web products
- Design user flows and information architecture from scratch
- Conduct technical assessments of design feasibility with developers
- Produce high-quality, professional UI designs and layouts
- Develop and scale internal Design System (Figma)
- Research new design trends, tools, and interaction patterns
- Participate in sprint and quarterly planning
- Break down complex design concepts for engineering implementation
- Conduct design reviews to ensure pixel-perfect alignment
- Work closely with Product Owners and Team Lead to meet business goals
AI-Native Skills
- Proficiency in AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Relume) for wireframing and iteration
- Mastery of generative engines (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly) for iconography and graphics
- Use AI for prototyping with realistic data and copy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web or Product Designer (FinTech, Crypto, or agency a plus)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables)
- Strong portfolio with marketing web design and dashboard/UI systems
- Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable Design Systems
- Ability to estimate design efforts and meet deadlines in agile environment
- Deep knowledge of typography, composition, and UX psychology
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for task management
