Outcomes

• Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers as a key member of an empowered product team from problem discovery to solution delivery, contributing to strategy, shaping outcomes, and ensuring exceptional user experience.
• Conduct in-depth user research, run usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life.
• Build and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and a seamless experience across the platform.
• Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile that engage and delight users.
• Iterate rapidly based on user insights, feedback, and changing project needs.
• Proactively explore and apply new tools and technologies including AI to improve design quality, speed, and user understanding.
• Continuously evolve design practices and bring fresh, creative approaches to problem-solving.

How You’ll Ramp

• By Day 30: Understand product, customers, business goals, design system, tools and processes; align on priorities with PM and Engineering leads.
• By Day 60: Lead user research and validation activities, deliver design artifacts for product initiatives, suggest process or tool improvements.
• By Day 90: Own design execution end-to-end in product area, shape product strategy with insights/design perspective, pilot new tools or workflows to enhance design quality or velocity.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Designer with industry-standard portfolio.
• Expert-level skills in Figma.
• Strong advocate for user-centered design and usability principles.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to designers and non-designers.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, front-end development is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset supporting design choices with metrics and research.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, or research is a plus.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and technologies, especially AI.
• High integrity and full commitment to quality and outcomes.
