Job Description
Our product team is building web applications enabling people to access and interact with complex investment products across multiple blockchains. We're also building scalable tooling to support users ranging from small investors to sophisticated crypto hedge funds, as well as promote security and trust for our community. As a senior designer on the team, you'll help lead some of these development efforts, as well as shape the design process and roadmap.

What you'll achieve:
- Partner closely with product and engineering to drive product strategy
- Own and provide an excellent end-to-end user journey (from idea, prototyping, testing to shipping)
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows
- Create clear graphics to accompany complex technical documentation

What we're looking for:
- Partial daily overlap with EST โ typically this means you're located in the Americas, Europe, or Africa, unless you're willing to work unusual hours
- Demonstrated interest in crypto / web3 โ building, investing, yield farming, minting, voting, or whatever excites you in the space
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design roles
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)
- Proactively drive continuous user research and systematic feedback evaluation
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product
