About the Role

Jump is looking for a Creative Director to own and drive our brand expression across a wide variety of digital marketing channels, events, and product marketing. We’re looking for kind, ambitious and creative people who are passionate about creating excellent design work in a collaborative company. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns that elevate Jump’s brand and align with our visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to balance leadership and strategy with getting hands-on and directly crafting the work when necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Jump leadership across Product, UX and Marketing to envision campaigns and design direction that tell Jump’s story to customers.
  • Set high standards for our brand through a rigorous attention to craft and a passion for seeking new opportunities to impact the market through design.
  • With the support of our Senior Brand designer, direct and deliver high-quality visual assets for product and performance marketing, digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and our website.
  • Create video content for social media, including animations, promo videos, and other creative assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input to help elevate marketing strategies and ideas.

About You

  • You have 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including recent experience in a senior design leadership role (Creative Director, Design Director), preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or financial services environment.
  • You are a detail-oriented leader who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
  • You have a portfolio of strong visual design work that’s presented with equally strong storytelling.
  • You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and translate business, product, and marketing strategy into a compelling roadmap for design to execute on.
  • You understand product marketing and how to translate software functionality into stories that resonate with our audience.
  • You have proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design software.
  • You have experience working with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
