Job Description
- Plan, structure, and evolve navigation flows focused on conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Design and optimize critical platform journeys, including registration and onboarding, first deposit, promotions and gamification, logged-in area, and player experience.
- Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, ensuring quality handoff to development.
- Ensure usability, clarity, visual consistency, and responsiveness across all interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, CRM, BI, and Development teams, translating business goals and data into result-driven design solutions.
- Map friction points, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose optimizations focused on sustainable growth.
- Participate in validation with Development and QA teams, ensuring adherence to the intended concept and experience.
- Monitor metrics and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar, using data to inform decisions.
- Create, maintain, and evolve the platform Design System, ensuring standardization and scalability.
- Document flows, components, and design guidelines.
- Act as an internal UX reference, contributing to strategic product decisions and the evolution of the digital experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience working as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX/UI Designer in high-performance digital environments.
- Proven experience with conversion- and growth-oriented products such as apps, e-commerce, fintechs, betting, or transactional platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component construction, Auto Layout, interactive prototyping, and structured organization for handoff to development.
- Solid knowledge of UX, Information Architecture, Usability, and metrics-driven design.
- Ability to turn data and business objectives into strategic, measurable design solutions.
