Job Description

• Own end-to-end product design within cross-functional teams, from discovery to delivery
• Design polished features from concept to final UI, focusing on visual excellence and interaction quality
• Craft purposeful motion, micro-interactions, and expressive feedback states that enhance user experience
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and shape solutions
• Elevate experiences from functional to premium through thoughtful design refinement
• Advocate for intelligent use of AI tools within design workflows to enhance ideation and production

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work (portfolio mandatory)
• Proven expertise in consumer-facing digital products, with social gaming or game UI experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong working knowledge of Google Drive workflows
• Deep understanding of interaction and motion principles with evidence of high-fidelity craft
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams with high standards for quality
• Special interest in AI tools and advocacy for their thoughtful application in design
