Job Description
Define the overarching design vision and strategy for zerohashโs core pillars: Trade, Transact, and TokenizeBuild and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, empathy, and shared success
Lead the evolution of our CX infrastructure, including Design Systems (as-a-service), ensuring consistency across all web and mobile platforms
Oversee the creation of wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes while ensuring successful implementation alongside engineering teams
Act as the primary advocate for good design within the organization, articulating and justifying design decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX leadership within a software development environment (8+ years required for senior roles)
- A strong track record of managing design teams and scaling design processes in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering, including a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhook messaging, and database mechanics
- A world-class portfolio showcasing complex B2B or fintech digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Expert-level mastery of Figma and deep familiarity with project management tools like Jira
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable tasks
- Prior experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or brokerage-as-a-service industries
