Role Overview

Immersive is hiring for a Lead Product Designer. You will be a voice and advocate for Product excellence within Immersive, responsible for defining the vision and prioritizing initiatives for your product area.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and design for scalable, modular product experiences, deeply integrating with platform architecture.
• Pioneer the integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows.
• Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
• Partner closely with research teams to synthesize insights from data.
• Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components.
• Govern the evolution of our design system to ensure cross-product consistency.
• Leverage customer insights and metrics to prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering partners for consistent implementation of product features.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product or UX design within complex SaaS and platform environments.
• Demonstrated track record designing intelligent interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in systems thinking and establishing robust, data-connected workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and deep experience in building design systems.
• Ability to track and analyze success metrics for design impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
