Role Overview
Immersive is hiring for a Lead Product Designer. You will be a voice and advocate for Product excellence within Immersive, responsible for defining the vision and prioritizing initiatives for your product area.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and design for scalable, modular product experiences, deeply integrating with platform architecture.
- Pioneer the integration of intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows.
- Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
- Partner closely with research teams to synthesize insights from data.
- Champion Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components.
- Govern the evolution of our design system to ensure cross-product consistency.
- Leverage customer insights and metrics to prioritize initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering partners for consistent implementation of product features.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product or UX design within complex SaaS and platform environments.
- Demonstrated track record designing intelligent interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in systems thinking and establishing robust, data-connected workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and deep experience in building design systems.
- Ability to track and analyze success metrics for design impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
