Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and drive design quality for a team of talented Product Designers.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to build products that address real customer needs.
- Serve as a thought leader and partner, championing design as a catalyst for strategic growth.
- Transform ambiguity into clarity, leveraging expertise and design processes.
- Inspire and lead, driving innovation and a high-performance mindset.
- Think strategically, framing designs within the broader customer experience.
- Gain alignment by sharing work with stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Act as a strategic partner, collaborating across departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design with at least 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading high-velocity design teams.
- Extensive experience with consumer-facing product design, focused on native iOS and Android apps.
- Ability to create design direction that balances iterations with larger changes.
- Strong bias-to-action and analytical approach to design work.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
