Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with overall marketing and business goals
Deliver creative solutions for complex design challenges, ensuring all outputs meet brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across global markets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and 3D design technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of creative innovation
Audit and review visual outputs across various communication channels to maintain high levels of design quality

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Proven experience in creative problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in high-pressure environments
Experience mentoring and managing a team across 2D and 3D design workflows
Strong project management skills, capable of handling simultaneous deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
In-depth knowledge of creative trends, particularly in 3D design, motion graphics, and cutting-edge design tools
Ability to mentor and inspire team members, driving growth and creative excellence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative visions into actionable tasks aligned with brand standards
Understanding of the Gaming industry is highly desirable, especially in relation to player behavior, market demands, and design engagement strategies
Proficient in spoken and written English

Experience in fast-paced content creation, capable of delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar would be considered a plus
Strong understanding of design processes, task management tools, and efficient coordination workflows
Previous experience conducting audits of design outputs across multiple regions to ensure consistency and quality
A positive, can-do attitude, focused on delivering creative solutions in high-pressure situations
