Job Description

• Review and refine AI-generated design outputs covering user flows, interface components, interaction patterns, and visual layouts
• Evaluate outputs for usability, accessibility, and alignment with product design best practices
• Draft realistic design scenarios and product briefs reflecting real-world design problems and workflows
• Assess AI reasoning in topics such as user research, prototyping, design systems, and responsive design
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unrealistic assumptions in design solutions or reasoning
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives, such as designer, product manager, user, or engineer

Requirements

• A product designer, UX/UI designer, or interaction designer
• Based in the EU or UK
• With several years of experience in product, UX, or interface design
• Experienced with modern design tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Comfortable identifying usability issues, accessibility challenges, and design inconsistencies
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks
