• Drive cross-product cohesion and maintain high design quality.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers.
• Shape how organizations function by enhancing user experiences.

Requirements

• Expertise in designing complex, cross-product workflows.
• Expert-level understanding of visual and interaction design.
• Proven experience designing responsive systems at scale.
• Strong systems thinking and design system expertise.
• Experience shaping design direction at scale.
• High-quality execution and stewardship of designs.
• A champion of feedback culture and mentoring.

• Contributed to or led product teams and design systems initiatives.
• Experience influencing platform-wide strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Formal training or deep craft expertise in typography, systems design, or interaction principles.
• Proficient in front-end development (HTML/CSS/React).
