Responsibilities

  • Work on Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products.
  • Quickly launch experiments and continuously simplify and improve the user experience.
  • Build a system from the ground up.
  • Help the design team integrate AI tools and processes in shaping our AI agent experiences.

Profile

  • 0-3 years of design experience.
  • Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments.
  • Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus).
  • Technical acumen is a plus.

Compensation

  • $125,000 - $160,000 a year (not including equity and other benefits).
  • The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
