- Work on Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products.
- Quickly launch experiments and continuously simplify and improve the user experience.
- Build a system from the ground up.
- Help the design team integrate AI tools and processes in shaping our AI agent experiences.
Profile
- 0-3 years of design experience.
- Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments.
- Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries.
- Fluency in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus).
- Technical acumen is a plus.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $160,000 a year (not including equity and other benefits).
- The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
