Lead the design and execution of new products and user experiences from discovery to deliveryValidate design decisions through qualitative user research and usability testing to ensure user-centric solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to define product strategy
Maintain and scale the design system, contributing to documentation and ensuring visual cohesion across the product portfolio
Own the end-to-end design process, prioritizing multiple initiatives and presenting work to stakeholders
Shape and influence the Design team culture, improving workflows and participating in hiring processes
Balance creative exploration with usability standards, pushing boundaries while ensuring business effectiveness
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer product design, preferably within the Fintech industry
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to articulate design thinking in both languages
- Advanced Figma skills, including component architecture, design tokens, and collaborative workflows
- Proven experience leading at least 4–5 mobile projects end-to-end
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools (such as v0, Cursor, Claude Code, or LLMs) to accelerate workflows and prototype functional UI
- Strong strategic thinking: Ability to connect high-level product vision with pixel-perfect execution
- A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high-caliber design (link and password required)
