Your Impact
- Gain exposure to client work: You'll contribute to external client-facing projects and learn how to balance user needs, business goals, stakeholder input, and technical constraints in your decision making.
- Contribute to a design initiative: Whether it’s standardizing our accessibility practice or defining baseline UX standards for AI experiences, you'll make a meaningful contribution beyond your core project.
- Participate in team rituals: You'll be an active voice in critiques, standups, and design reviews — sharing your work, giving feedback, and growing through the process.
- Build cross-functional relationships: You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, developing the communication and partnership skills that great designers rely on.

- Builds genuine relationships across the team and with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrates growth over the course of the internship — in craft, process, and confidence.
