Strong interaction design and systems thinking
Experience with data-dense UIs and multi-state workflows
Comfort designing AI-forward or automation-based experiences

Able to explain decisions clearly and defend them thoughtfully
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable/Cursor/v0, etc) and familiarity with enterprise development workflows
