Job Description
- Design paywalls and onboarding flows that make mobile apps more money
- Iterate on paywalls, onboarding screens, and monetization flows for Superwall's mobile app clients
- Work with growth managers to understand client goals, test hypotheses, and improve conversion through design
- Track performance of designs β conversion metrics, A/B test results, funnel data
- Build reusable patterns and templates that scale across multiple mobile apps
- Push the craft of paywall and onboarding design forward
- Work across all clients with variety and speed
Requirements
- Strong experience in product/growth design for mobile apps β paywalls, onboarding, conversion flows, subscription UX
- Experience in a product company or mobile app for paywall, onboarding, and monetization design end-to-end
- Familiarity with Superwall or similar tools (RevenueCat, Adapty, Purchasely) and mobile app monetization
- Portfolio with shipped mobile paywall and onboarding screens
- Strong UI craft β typography, spacing, hierarchy, mobile-native patterns
- Comfortable iterating fast based on data β A/B test results, conversion metrics, funnel analysis
- Understands purchase decision psychology β pricing presentation, urgency, value framing, trial flows
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Based in EU or US East Coast timezone
