Focused on creating the best experience for our customers, you will join the product team and be part of the technological and innovative revolution in the construction industry. You will be responsible for leading the Activation and Engagement stages of the customer journey, transforming user pains and needs into exceptional design solutions, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations. Always focused on staying close to customers, conducting research, understanding their pains and needs, creating outstanding user experiences and using metrics and KPIs to make informed decisions. Deeply understand activation and engagement metrics, their impact on customer acquisition and retention, and propose solutions that aim to automate these journeys within the product. Translate customer pains and desires into product requirements aligned with business objectives. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (including Vibe Coding) and mockups that demonstrate user experience flows at different stages of the project. Develop user journey maps and analyze interaction flows to identify opportunities to improve the experience. Understand the competitive landscape of our sector and help define strategies to create differentiation. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, experiments and tests to formulate and validate hypotheses with users. Use no-code tools to build MVPs and validate solutions quickly before they are implemented by the tech team.Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, with exposure to Product Management.
- Experience in UX, UI and user research for digital products.
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma and similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience making data-driven decisions and understanding customer behavior (segmentation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate among stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Ability to document requirements and use-case scenarios.
- Empathy to understand the impact of your actions and decisions on customers, the team and Vobi.
- Familiarity or experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Loveable, Codex, Claude, Cursor) β a plus.
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) β a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with SaaS metrics and SQL β a plus.
