Job Description

Join a young, ambitious team that has been building the platform from the early sprints. Lead end to end UX and UI design across complex product areas, from discovery and concept exploration to shipped interface. Translate advanced legal workflows and AI driven functionality into structured, intuitive user journeys that reduce cognitive load. Define interaction models and design principles that create consistency across features, teams, and product domains. Work closely with the Learning Designer to align interface decisions with behavioral change and long term adoption goals. Partner with Legal Experts to deeply understand domain complexity and ensure accuracy is reflected in experience design. Collaborate with Legal Tech Engineers and Software Engineers to balance usability, feasibility, and performance. Prototype rapidly, test concepts with users, and iterate based on real usage data and qualitative feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise or domain-specific SaaS products, ideally where UX directly shapes user behaviour at scale.
  • Strong UX and UI fundamentals and experience using React.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in iterative product environments.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, structured solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction.
  • High ownership. You design, test, refine, and improve what you ship.
  • Strong communication skills in a remote first setup.
  • Fluent English is required, additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in legal tech is not required, but a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with base salary and equity, giving you the opportunity to participate in long term value.
  • A real opportunity to change how the legal industry works, helping professionals regain time, clarity, and control.
  • A remote first setup with social hubs in Amsterdam and Oslo and regular in person collaboration for workshops and team moments.
  • 20 paid vacation days and holiday allowance.
  • A personal budget for conferences, courses, and certifications.
  • The opportunity to shape a new product team from the ground up.
