Responsibilities
- Own the design of significant product areas or features from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Advocate for customer needs and inclusive, accessible design practices
- Maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency across surfaces and platforms
- Mentor and support more junior designers through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
- Hands-on experience using agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP-based tools)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong product thinking and ability to make informed decisions with user research, data and a clear point of view
- Strong interest and/or experience in cyber security and/or SaaS products
