Job Description
- Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area, from discovery to launch
- Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight and drive results
- Turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
- Set and uphold the highest standards for usability and visual design
- Lead user research to uncover real needs and pain points
- Rapidly prototype and test concepts with real users
- Analyze usage and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate
- Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals
- Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Champion design thinking across the organization
- Move fast without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 5+ years as a UI/UX or Product Designer at consumer-focused companies
- Portfolio showcasing shipped products that drove meaningful business results
- Experience with user research, prototyping, UI/UX design, and usability testing
- Startup experience preferred - you thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments
