- 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years of people leadership
- Real-world experience of leading a team in AI driven design
- Collaboration with AI as part of everyday approach to work
- Figma expert
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Pendo, Asana, Aha!, Metabase, or Salesforce is a plus
- Proven track record of shipping product experiences with measurable user outcomes
- Demonstrated success working in cross functional teams with Product Management and Engineering
- Experience in accessibility testing, design systems, and structured planning
- Experience working on complex, large scale SaaS products
- Experience in G2C or government technology is a plus
- A BA in a related field is a plus
