Product Design
- Design the interfaces our customers actually use: data dashboards, analytics views, operational workflows, developer-facing tools, and configuration interfaces.
- Make complex data feel intuitive without hiding its power.
Brand & Marketing Design
- Help shape and maintain Catena's visual identity across everything customer-facing: website, sales collateral, marketing graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and event materials.
Website & Content Design
- Design pages that make complex integration workflows and technical capabilities legible to a non-technical buyer and credible to a technical one.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with product and engineering to move ideas from concept to shipped product.
- Help structure problems visually before anyone writes a line of code and stay close to implementation to ensure quality.
Who Fits This Role
- Strong candidates with experience in data-heavy or developer-facing products.
- Comfortable using Figma and Illustrator for design tasks.
- Strong product design foundation β wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
- Experience in brand and marketing design.
- Collaboration skills with engineers, understanding constraints and building trust.
- Bring strong visual taste and judgment in design readiness.
- Energized by building design systems and brand guidelines.
- 2+ years in product design, UX/UI, or hybrid product and brand design roles. Experience with SaaS platforms, data products, or developer tools is a plus.
