Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet client requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, engineers, and product managers, to create seamless, integrated solutions.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and gathering feedback.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Teach and coach client partners while delivering high quality artifacts and leading teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital design, UX/UI, and product development.
- Assist business development efforts in analyzing and articulating client needs during the proposal process. Act as a subject matter expert on UX/UI design and the Cabin strategic framework.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital product design work, including examples of projects youβve led.
- Expertise in UX/UI principles, graphic design, and prototyping tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment, with excellent project management skills.
