- Lead and grow a team of product designers and researchers.

- Establish design systems ensuring consistency across products.
- Coach and develop design teams for craft and impact.
- Build a strong, inclusive team culture supporting collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Experience leading UX teams, managing managers and senior contributors.
- Proven designing for B2B SaaS products across complexity and customer needs.
- Strong track record of delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
