Job Description
- Design end-to-end product experiences across CRM, Customer Portal, and Mobile
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate design and prototyping
- Own and evolve the design system, improving consistency and quality
- Engage directly with customers through interviews, demos, and research
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
- Move quickly between discovery and execution
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Contribute to design quality and team culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS (B2B or B2C)
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow or strong willingness to adopt them quickly
- Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, variants, variables, design tokens)
- Understanding of AI integrations or ability to ramp quickly
- Working knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, React)
- Systems thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
- Comfortable with direct feedback and iteration
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong async communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (you’ll collaborate closely with a US-based team)
