- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile workflows and project management tools like Jira
- Expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems
