Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fintech product design
  • Proven experience designing onboarding, activation, and compliance flows for financial products
  • Familiarity with core fintech concepts such as FX, transfer fees, and timing
  • Ability to translate complex terminology into plain language
  • User-centered design grounded in data with a comfort in basic metrics
  • Unique product-design skills for breaking down complex financial processes
  • Ethical interface design for money with transparency in trade-offs
  • Strong communication skills to relay design decisions to diverse teams
