Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fintech product design
- Proven experience designing onboarding, activation, and compliance flows for financial products
- Familiarity with core fintech concepts such as FX, transfer fees, and timing
- Ability to translate complex terminology into plain language
- User-centered design grounded in data with a comfort in basic metrics
- Unique product-design skills for breaking down complex financial processes
- Ethical interface design for money with transparency in trade-offs
- Strong communication skills to relay design decisions to diverse teams
