Job Description
Lead and inspire a mixed design team of UX, interaction, visual and print and help shape how design works across Insights. Set a clear UX and visual design vision aligned to our business goals. Make sure our digital products, interaction patterns, brand expression and printed materials feel joined-up and intentional. Champion user-centred, inclusive and accessible design across everything we create. Guide teams on when to explore, prototype, experiment and refine, using the right tools at the right time. Support designers to grow their craft, confidence and impact — whatever their specialism. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing and Operations to solve real problems together. Influence senior stakeholders and help shape decisions that matter.Requirements
- Turning user and business needs into clear direction for UX, interaction and visual design
- Guiding teams through exploration — wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, visuals and print layouts
- Creating consistent, inclusive and accessible experiences across digital and physical formats
- Communicating design thinking clearly to both creative and non-creative audiences
- Collaborating across product, engineering, research, marketing and brand
- Influencing at scale and embedding best practice across an organisation.
