Responsibilities
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align design initiatives with growth and performance goals.
- Lead and develop a product design sub-team (2 designers), fostering a collaborative, growth-minded, and innovative environment.
- Use data and A/B testing insights to inform and iterate on design solutions that maximize conversion and retention.
- Establish scalable design systems and frameworks that support rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Become a strategic partner for the Growth team, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize acquisition funnels and improve key metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows as part of the design process—from ideation and exploration to automation of repetitive tasks and scaling experimentation.
- Manage and scale the product design function to meet growing needs and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements
- 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience leading product or UX/UI design teams.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fast-paced, rapidly scaling companies.
- Proven success in designing and shipping high-impact features that improve conversion and engagement.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration.
- Hands-on experience in optimizing user journeys and acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and growth-oriented design solutions.
- Experience working in a rapidly iterative product environment, with an MVP mindset—comfortable making trade-offs, knowing when to ship quickly to learn and when to invest in polish and quality.
- Comfort working in an AI-driven environment and enthusiasm for using AI tools as part of the design workflow (e.g. for ideation, content generation, automation, or rapid experimentation).
