Job Description
Lead design for client engagements, setting visual direction, quality standards, and execution plans. Mentor and grow mid-level and junior designers through feedback, reviews, and practical coaching. Establish design processes, checklists, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency. Create high-converting email templates, lifecycle assets, and landing pages aligned to client objectives. Work closely with conversion copywriters and strategists to craft experiments and implement tests. Translate analytics-backed insights into design hypotheses and iterate based on test results. Advocate for brand clarity and UX across client touchpoints, balancing aesthetics with commercial performance.Requirements
- 5+ years of product or agency design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating commercial impact and polished execution.
- Proven experience leading design work and mentoring other designers.
- Strong skills in Figma.
- Practical understanding of email design constraints, responsive landing pages, and asset optimization for web and social.
- Comfort designing to metrics: you propose A/B testable design changes and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive direct feedback.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-standards environment.
