Job Description
Fully own and be accountable for the entire design function across product, brand, marketing, and content. Act as the single point of responsibility for all design output, decisions, and quality standards. Define priorities, make decisions independently, and execute without the need for close supervision. Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive execution from concept through to delivery. Define, build, and enforce a cohesive brand system across platform and social media. Ensure strong visual consistency while allowing flexibility to move fast and experiment. Own all major design disciplines end-to-end, including:
- UI/UX design
- Marketing visuals
- Video
- Motion
- 3D content
Source, manage, and direct freelance designers. Build the entire design team from the ground up, including hiring strategy and long-term scaling. Establish design systems, workflows, and review processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning design across product + brand + marketing in a fast-moving environment
- Strong taste, high standards, and the confidence to make decisive calls
- Experience building and scaling design teams or functions from scratch
- Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Hands-on design capability across UI/UX, marketing visuals, and motion/video
- Bonus: experience in crypto, gaming, gambling, or Web3 environments (not essential, but highly valued)
