Responsibilities
- Maintain and advocate for consistent, high-quality design culture.
- Contribute to new components and lead marketing pages.
- Experience working on consumer-facing technology.
- Design features with great IA & UX within an incomplete design library.
- Work on New Desktop Web App and New Marketing Pages post-rebrand.
- Help build New Design Library for web, mobile, and marketing pages.
- Establish design ops rituals and culture to increase design team velocity.
- Provide mentorship for the design team, upskilling and creating efficient systems.
Requirements
- Advocate for user needs and business strategy throughout product lifecycle.
- Provide research-based reasoning for design decisions.
- Estimate design time for multiple projects.
- Ship features independently from concept to completion.
