Job Description
Designing and shipping features that define how humans and AI collaborate to do research. Talking to users, translating these conversations into product features, improvements and fixes. Working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration. Owning aspects of our visual identity across product, marketing, socials and brand. Maintaining design systems, documentation practices and workflows that help the team build visually consistent, high-quality features quickly.Requirements
- Youβve spent at least 2+ years shipping complex but beautiful features to real users.
- You live and breathe pixels with excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details.
- You have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
