Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director and deliver quality design work on various projects.
- Set the design direction for Tenstorrent, ensuring everything we ship has a cohesive look and feel.
- Oversee creative work across events, swag, decks, investor materials, sub-brands, microsites, social posts, collateral, packaging, offices, photo shoots, and customer support collateral.
- Own design systems including brand guidelines, event toolkits, global site standards, and systems for one-pagers and docs.
- Ensure strong quality control across all creative outputβbrand, message, and craft.
- Work directly with designers and internal stakeholders through review, feedback, and approval.

Compensation
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background, and location all impact the actual offer made.
