Job Description

• Actively participate in problem definition, solution design, and the continuous evolution of the product.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in every design decision.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers within cross-functional product teams.
• Structure complex workflows and business rules into intuitive, usable interfaces.
• Apply UX and UI principles consistently with attention to detail and high-quality execution.
• Use and contribute to design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency.
• Clearly communicate design decisions based on research, data, and business objectives.
• Work autonomously while aligning with product roadmaps and team objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience working as a Product Designer in digital product teams.
• Experience designing B2B products, internal tools, or complex platforms.
• Ability to structure problems and clearly communicate design decisions based on research, data, and business goals.
• Strong UX and UI skills with a high attention to detail and quality execution.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma (or equivalent).
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
