Job Description
- Independently drive large, complex projects from concept to completion
- Show expertise in interaction design and prototyping tools to communicate complex interactive design concepts.
- Design high-quality, thoughtful interfaces that balance function, aesthetics, and usability.
- Have experience working within an existing design system, deciding when to leverage pre-designed components and when thereโs a need for new components.
- Be familiar with the possibilities and limitations of modern development approaches including web applications, client-side applications, and native mobile applications.
- Clearly communicate recommendations to clients and teammates and build alignment on product strategy, design, functionality, and usability.
- Enjoy working with agile development teams on software applications, and helping clients focus on realistic deliverables.
- Meet deadlines and be considerate of clientsโ project budgets and timelines.
- Take pride in proactively listening, communicating, and collaborating exceptionally well.

- Have 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products.
- Be expert Figma users.
