Job Description
Define and drive the design vision for our platform, product, and visual branding.Lead a team of product designers in delivering high-quality user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key user flows and build solutions that meet the product requirements.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in tech companies
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, with a focus on complex interactions and interfaces
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experiences would be a big plus but not required
