Job Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create transformative health and wellness experiences. Lead design initiatives from Discovery through Delivery. Own the design process for wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, interactions, high-fidelity prototypes, and storyboards. Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment and consistency in user experience and design quality. Leverage and evolve the design system, contributing new patterns and guidelines. Effectively communicate design ideas, negotiate solutions, and balance customer needs with business goals. Utilize customer insights and research data to inform and refine design solutions. Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Participate in research activities to gather insights.Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, OR a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for large-scale desktop, mobile web, and mobile app consumer experiences.
- A strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing your ability to apply design thinking methodologies from discovery to delivery and optimization.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience designing with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
