- Own problems from early discovery through to launch and iteration
- Shape product direction alongside PMs and engineers, not just execution
- Design solutions that improve real business outcomes ā profitability, efficiency, team performance
- Ship quickly and iterate based on real-world usage and feedback
- Turn complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Build a deep understanding of restaurant environments and design for how people actually work
- Prototype ideas quickly ā in Figma, code, or whatever helps move fastest
- Contribute to and evolve Bento, our design system, improving speed and consistency
- Partner with GTM teams to improve how we present Nory to customers
Requirements
- End-to-end experience: Senior level experience shipping B2B SaaS products, across both 0ā1 and 1ā10 environments
- Outcome focus: You tie your work to measurable user and business impact
