Job Description
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design user interfaces for web-based applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all screens and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing support and clarification as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the design process.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guide, maintaining consistency and scalability across all products.
- Actively participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer
- Experience working with FinTech, Crypto, or Web3 products
- Proven ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Figma.
- Ability to contribute to and maintain a design system.
- A portfolio showcasing successful product design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends in design and technology.
