Job Description
Deeply understand crypto and fintech usersβ needs & domain market landscape. Learn from users through confirmatory research and data-driven insights. Collaborate with product owners, business and system analysts to gather requirements, shape and detail design of the features, then support those in development up to release in product. Work closely with the engineering team β participate in refinements, provide specs, handle edge cases, and ensure design-to-code fidelity. Maintain and improve the existing design system (foundations, components, patterns).Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in product design, in mature tech products (not 0β1 startups).
- Have strong experience working closely with development teams β you know how to hand off designs, navigate technical constraints, and iterate in tandem with engineers.
- Are focused on experience and interface design over strategic/conceptual design β youβre a maker who ships, not just a thinker who presents.
- Are experienced in designing multi-platform products (web / native, desktop / mobile).
- Have high emotional intelligence β you give and receive feedback gracefully, communicate clearly, and build trust with cross-functional teammates.
- Express your thoughts clearly to the team using your pitching skills, supporting with clear slides or guidelines.
- Advocate for the best user experience, even if you need to challenge engineers and product managers to ensure that the solution has the best possible UX.
- Are a proven master of visual and interactive design.
- Are an expert in Figma: advanced prototyping of complex user flows, development of DS components and automations, rapid prototyping, design system & UI Kit automations.
Nice to have
- Experience with design system foundations (tokens, grid systems, typography scales, component architecture).
- Background in fintech or crypto product design.
- AI enthusiasm β you actively use AI tools beyond Figma to speed up your workflow and explore new design approaches.
