Job Description
Lead a team of designers dedicated to delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Manage and mentor designers while partnering with Product Management and Engineering. Shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes for users and the business. Champion user-centered design practices across the organization. Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and consistency across product touchpoints. Actively manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of growth, high performance, and inclusion. Facilitate design critiques and feedback loops to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including a proven track record of managing and mentoring product designers.
- Strong background in UX and UI design for digital products, with experience working with design systems at scale.
- Proven ability to collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering partners to influence strategy and prioritization.
- Comfort navigating complex problem spaces and driving clarity for the team in shifting environments.
- Excellent ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and the "why" behind solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience in agile or outcome-driven product organizations with a background in user research or service design.
- A portfolio or track record of delivering impactful, user-centered products that move the needle.
