Own the end-to-end payment and billing experience across patients and providers.Navigate complexity with systems thinking.
Prototype with Claude Code/Cursor and MagicPattern to build and iterate on the flows and IAs.
Conduct research and validate the solution with customer support.
Contribute to the design system and share AI practice with the team.
Requirements
- Designers are expected to use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns.
- Strong ability to navigate complex payment and billing experiences.
- Experience in conducting research and directly talking to customers.
- Experience with design systems and contributing to team culture.
- Ability to clarify problem space and understand data.
