About The Role
- Embed within a product pillar to support high impact initiatives across Growth.
- Act as a bridge between product teams and the design system.
- Partner with product designers to explore new interaction patterns.
- Evolve the design language through product work.
- Define and refine UI components with high levels of craft.
- Drive cohesion and continuity across key journeys.
- Elevate visual and UI craft with attention to detail.
- Provide deep refinement on high impact initiatives.
- Introduce new ways of working across teams.

About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years designing consumer-facing digital products.
- Deep experience in systems thinking.
- Exceptional visual design and UI craft.
- Strong point of view on visual systems.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and influencing across teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in Figma and Google Slides.
- Base knowledge of emerging AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for marketplaces and e-commerce products.
- Understanding of incentives and personalization driving loyalty.
- Familiarity with meal planning and grocery behavior.
- Experience with large scale design systems.
- Comfort operating across distributed, cross-functional teams.
