Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the design of web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and the product team.
- Build a deep understanding of the product, customers, and the church and non-profit technology space.
- Work includes wireframing, interaction, visual design, design systems, and thoughtful iteration on existing product experiences.
Requirements
- Strong design and UX instincts.
- Create work that is useful, clear, refined, and beautiful.
- Excellent product thinking.
- Quickly understand a product, its users, and the problems it solves.
- High proficiency in Figma or Paper.
- Strong understanding of the frontend handoff process.
- Frontend stack includes Vue 3, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
- Comfort across web and mobile.
- A real desire to serve the local church.
Working hours
- Flexible with at least a six-hour overlap with 7:00a-4:00p ET.
