Job Description
Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs. Develop high-quality interface designs, taking into account usability, accessibility, and user experience. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mid-level Product Designer.
- At least 5 years' proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or a related role working on digital products and/or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience in Interaction Design.
- Experience in Information Architecture or a related area for digital products and/or mobile apps.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract.
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or similar frameworks that enable rapid definition of user needs.
- Experience with design research methodologies and human-centered design principles.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities or evolving needs with openness and agility.
- Experience working on UX/UI for web systems.
- Experience with modern web design techniques.
- Knowledge of Motion Design.
